Who can avail the Converge Netflix Plan?

The Converge x Netflix Plan is open to Existing FiberX customers. This service is offered both as a hard bundle for entry plans and as an add-on for plans higher than FiberX 1500.

What are the Converge Netflix Plans?

What is the lock-in period if I subscribe to the Converge Netflix plans?

Existing subscribers who will avail the Converge Netflix plans will have a 36 months lock-in period.

What is the Xperience Box included in the plan?

The Xperience Box is needed for you to enjoy live TV from your Converge Netflix subscription plan. It is a Google-certified Android TV box which enables you to access Netflix, play games, and be in command with its integrated Google assistant. It also supports 4K streaming, Wi-Fi, and digital audio interface.

This Xperience Box also includes free TV channels that can only be accessed with your Converge residential broadband connection. Login using your account number to access the channels.

How can I activate the Netflix account that comes with my plan?

Once your upgrade application has been successfully processed, you will start receiving SMS and Email messages on how to activate your Netflix with your Converge plan. You will also receive in-app notifications on your GoFiber account to help you with the activation process.
